We source our Ozaki beef from Miyazaki, Kyushu, south of Japan, produced by farmer Mr. Muneharu Ozaki, a son of generations of agricultural farming.
With it's intense savoury flavour and lean texture - this striploin is the one for you. Cook to your liking but chef recommends, medium rare.
