For this special occasion, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic has curated exquisite lunch and dinner menus that are nourishing, elegant, and deeply personal. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the epitome of French elegance through Chef’s signature dishes, such as Les Berlingots ASP and Le Millefeuille blanc, all can be perfectly paired with both alcoholic and zero-proof beverages curated to enhance the rhythm of the journey with exquisite balance and flavor.

This year, Michelin-starred Chef Chen Tian Lung will present a curated menu that honors the culinary traditions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces while offering a modern twist on familiar delights. Perfect for sharing, our menu features highlights such as Braised Fish Maw in Abalone Sauce, Deep-Fried Boneless Yellow Croakers with Dried Seaweed, and a delightful sweet finale: Stewed Bird's Nest with Rock Sugar.
